Eaves Cleaned Plus

Made 2 appointments for them to come and clean existing eaves plus provide quote on new section of eavestrough. At the first appt time, no one showed up and they never called. They finally returned our calls the next day with apologies and we rescheduled the time for another day. Second appointment came, no one showed up again and we received no call back. We had previously been good customers but will never call them again. Zero customer service and a complete lack of respect for our time.

I have used Eaves Cleaned Plus for the past 3 years. I have never been dissatisfied with his service. I needed this service right after my husband had his heart attack and I could not keep up with the gutters. The work has been very good and they are always on time. I would tell anyone to hire them for gutter cleaning. They are the best!

took them over 2 weeks to get back to me about eaves repair. It would not of been so bad but the owner just kept blaming anything he could it seemed.

Terrible. One word fits

I called for an estimate for repairs on eavestroughs. A man said he would be by to give me an estimate. The man lied, never came, called back or gave estimate. I was a loyal customer prior to that. Never again.

I've used over 5 different snow removal services over the past 3 years, and this is the one I have finally settled on for my needs. The value they provide is exceptional enough for me to take the time to leave a POSITIVE review, which is a rarity these days. I wasn't sure what to expect initially but they followed up with me quickly and made sure everything was done to my specifications, and above! I was just dumbfounded at the hard work the crew put in and believe hard work should be recognized

Sloppy Service

Service was sloppy, crew was here for only 15 minutes after showing up a day late. Left behind debris and bucket full of garbage. Eaves are no better.

I have used Eaves...

I have used Eaves twice, once to fix/clean my eaves, once to remove ice dams off my roof that was blocking my plumbing exhaust vent. Both times service was great. I would definitely use them again in the future.
