Gondola Pizza West-End Downtown

Not to be contrary to the other reviews and I wonder if they had staffing change. Ordered on a Monday (slower day for them) and got the XL Homestyle crust. Person on the phone was polite and efficient, no rudeness at all. The pizza arrived in 30 minutes (we are close by and it is a Monday) Food was exceptional, crust was crisp (ordered Well-done) and sauce was just right. I would order again and I hope whatever cust-service issues are resolved for good. PS-Delivery guy was great as well!

longtime consumor

With in the last month this store mixed up our order, not a big deal they phoned us apologised, no harm... We place on order today, wait the hour it normally takes,,,wait for 30 minutes longer, my wife phones to see if there is a problem with the order, she is told that we did not place an order, and there is no record of use placing an order!! The manager was very rude to my wife and then had the nerve to ask if we would like to place an order. NEVER AGAIN!!

My business not wanted......

3rd time i place an order with this store in a few years and each time they don't show up and tell me i'm not in their delivery area and have not placed an order.....but they know my phone number and address.......very rude people who run this place who just don't care about customer service. I like their pizza soo much that i just made orders for pick up because tI'm told by them that they can't can't deliver to me even though i only live 8 blocks from the store!!!! Don't go there....imagine what they do to the pizzas if they don't care about the customers...NEVER AGAIN GONDOLA!!!
