Hit or miss nail salon. Even if you have an appointment, they will rush on your nails so you can get out and they can take another person in. Every time I go, one of my nails pop off in less than a week. They’ll say my nails are too small or “they never seen that happen” even though it’s a clean break. I went in to get a nail fixed (less than a week when I got them done and they charged $70) no one was there but me and she rushed. The nail wasn’t the same shape as the others. Don’t go!
I come here nearly every Friday bi-weekly and receive the best treatment and gorgeous acrylics every time. I’ve been to two other salons and had a bad experience but Kildare nail salon/ one of my favourite nail artists have never let me down. You can show them what you want and they will create it even better that you would’ve thought 10/10 recommend this store
Had a shellac manicure done there a few days before Christmas. Almost the next day the shellac had started to chip around my cuticles (see picture). Wasnt able to go back for almost a week due to Christmas and spending time with family. Went back and asked them to fix it. She told me she didnt push my cuticle back far enough so thats why it chipped and it would be $20 to fix because it was a week ago. I said no and just got her to take it off. Not the first time Ive had sub par service here.
Absolutely horrible customer service. They have gotten worse, they argue with you about the colour and will pick a colour they think is better more so easier for them. If you dont if you dont if you dont get if you dont get if you dont get if you dont get shellac they treat you horrible. Cause they make more money on shellac. They rush you through and make you feel like you are bothering them even if you have an appointment. Its about who is giving them more money.
Was quoted $45 for a full set with shellac and $5 for nail art. Once done was charged $60. There was no explanation just saying that they changed the price, so I asked again when paying was told it was a full set not fill. A fill is $30 and a full set is $32.Also 10% off Sunday to Wednesday,$1.50 was taken off $6o.
A nightmare from hell. The first time I went I asked for acrylics, and they gave me a regular manicure so I just decided to leave. Then I went back, got what I wanted - acrylic nails done there twice, I had chemical burns both times and had to get them removed ASAP. Never again. THEN, I thought it would be okay to get acrylics removed there... The lady did not soak them, she used a plastic nail to rip them off & took chunks of my nails out on three fingers.
