Well for starters they tell you to pick a colour, and then they put a completely wrong colour on. FYI while they are starting to do the colour verify it’s the one you picked out.

I went with my sister to get our nails done. We went before our apartment an hour early and there were three people before us. One was getting her feet done and two getting there hands done. We were asked to sit and pick a color then we set and waited. Customer came to got waxed and left. And six other customers were served and all they did was put fake nails on her. And i was still waiting. Averytime i would be asked to wait why? Because I am black? Or Muslim?I was offended by their treatmant.

My sister told me about London Nails and now I won't go anywhere else. The staff is friendly, service is great and the results are fantastic! Absolutely love the hot stones they use during the pedicure!!!

Love going here! Sometimes there is a wait, because they are busy. Excellent work, clean and relaxing environment and friendly ladies. Very glad they have moved to the neighbourhood!

I went in to get my nails done at 1 and was put in a chair right away but I didn't leave till after 3. It should never take 2 hours to get your nails finished. The lady's are nice but I wish they would focus more on doing your nails rather then talking. Others got finished b4 me who were there after me. Very poor service. Will never go back.

Very friendly ladies and accomodating. I hope they wont change that quality of aervice. My nails were done nicely especially my toe naiil's shellac polish stayed for 2 months. Definitely coming back again. Wishing also they have at least FB page or website.
