Southside Nails

Bad service. Was kicked out and threatened. 2 out if 3 of us left with nails half done and looking horrid. All because 1 of us asked why a nail was crooked. Was forced to pay ahead of time and they refused to refund us. Also had gift certificates that should have covered everything but was charged extra.

Terrible management , employees are all rushing, employees and managers are rude, they reuse nail files and don’t clean implements properly. Way too expensive for what it is. Don’t waste your money here.

Love this place for the last 5 years, Kim and the girls do a fantastic job everytime never been let down!
