Terrible customer service. Called ahead for damage assessment on luggage. Drove from St Malo to be casually told that it is not worth repair what seems to an inferior product! Needed this in writing for airline claim or replacement value! Hands me the business card so the airline can call him to confirm….like KLM will take his word over the phone!!! Total time, gas and waste of Parking to a very unfriendly location downtown!!! Bought all my Samsonite’s here! Definitely will not be back!
