They sent fragile art supplies with very poor cheap packing, charged a very high amount for shipping, and refused to stand behind their merchandise. Even used my receipt to wrap the items. They pretended a 22% refund was adequate for a now unusable product, and sought no confirmation from me about whether that was acceptable, instead using the passive aggressive manipulation of "thank you for your understanding." Very poor treatment of customers.
