Terrible customer service, well actually no customer service. Sent my fiancée in to get my tires changed. They barely acknowledged her existence and made her drive the vehicle into the garage. Once the tire change was done she got into the car and my tires I had taken off were gone. They claimed my year old Yokahamas were worn out. She fought to get them back and discovered they weren't in the garbage pile. They had my tires on the rack of used tires for sale. Not happy at all

he sylvia, out of respect we tell u to drive into the bay as the workers don't want to get your car wet or dirty. sorry you feel the need to say that we sold your GARBAGE tires, the rack is show tires we keep our used tires we sell in the new bay and out back so no we did not sell your garbage tires. when you come in and asked where your tires were he took you right out front to the garbage pile to show you that they were garbage and told you take them if u wanted but he don't recommend using

Excellent service. Always polite. I buy all my tires from Northside. Such good service my entire family buys from them. Never a problem
