Best Way Movers took exceptional care with all of my self-packed household items. I understood the Terms as stipulated on my Invoice that if I had improperly packed anything, and it was damaged, that I was responsible. I also understood they would be responsible for any/all damages if they were to do the packing themselves. I declined their offer to pack, but am very satisfied with my experience.
