Diamond Taxi Delivery Service

Called the other day to get a cab and waited around half and hour. Called back, and the dispatcher said the cab would only be another few minutes. Waited ANOTHER half an hour. When I called back, there was no answer, so I called a different company and they were there in five minutes. Making someone wait over an hour after saying it wouldnt be long and then not answering the phone is not particularly good customer service. Ill be calling other cab companies in the future.

Rude dispatchers....rude and obnoxious drivers...they charge whatever they want....poor customer service...

Very pleased with service last evening from the hub of Saint John to Town of GrandBay-Westfield. I had approached the Taxi to inquire whether my group could be driven to our destination without calling and was greeted with a friendly driver ready to accommodate us. With past not so pleasant experiences myself and my group were very please how clean the vehicle was kept and of course how pleasant the driver "Frankie"was taking the best direct route getting us home safely.Thankyou again Frankie!

The "Scenic" Route

Taxi driver didn't bother to even say hello, and then proceeded to take us on the "scenic" route from our hotel to the ferry terminal. I guess he assumed we wouldn't notice because we're from out of town, but Google Maps is a thing. Poor service, exploitative routing, and a stupidly expensive short trip. Way to milk it, buddy.
