Purchasing and Installation of fireplace & stove was the biggest mistake we made in building our new home. issues include not ordering the correct parts, substandard installation of air return, we did not receive the fireplace we ordered. because they refused to visit the build site, fireplace had to go in in the wrong spot. We have major water damage right down to basement from improperly installed chimney which he has refused to fix. No customer service once you pay.
