Andrea Perry - Strategies for Learning

She was a guest speaker at an event I attended and she was very informative. I have been using her suggestions since and they make a difference.

Andrea quickly built a good rapport with my granddaughter, who she assessed, and developed a list of easily done activities, especially for her inefficiencies. After doing these activities daily over several weeks, my granddaughter had many positive results such as less meltdowns, better balance, A+ in gym (instead of modified gym activities, no longer complains about head & neck aches & eyes bothering her, her silent reading became very speedy, with excellent comprehension and more.Its Amazing!

Andrea is patient, kind & understanding. Her ability to work with people is amazing. Andrea is very in tune to issues and gave great insights into the issues at hand.

Ms. Perry is an excellent therapist. She is knowledgeable and has a great instinct with children. Her patients love her and so do the parents. I have seen at least two cases where she turned around the academic performance of patients with learning difficulties. In one case, a middle schooler was consistently failing all subjects. Within a few months of her treatment he was getting consistent "A" and "B" grades.

As a mother, I felt the individual assessment was thorough. As an educator, I was fascinated with the reasoning behind using exercises such as "ear muffs" and the crazy straws that support individual development.

Andrea Perry provided excellent training and information sessions for our staff and Board Members. Her knowledge and experience were appreciated and of benefit to everyone.

Ms. Perry is highly skilled and has had great results working with people who suffer from learning disabilities. Her scope of knowledge in this field is more than I have witnessed from many educators.
