They messed up my order by sending it to the wrong person and their singular item to me of some new exclusive diapers and bags. Not the worst thing, accidents happen. The fact that I was lucky if I got a response within a week and/or multiple attempts any time I reached out to correct the issue wasn't too awesome and the over three months that ensued. The owner, Ivy, offered a small apology for the mixup when she did respond. She offered to replace the items, though I'd have to wait until some came in about 2 weeks, but she'd let me know. About 2 weeks with no response, I message again. The item will be in soon. Another two weeks, with no response and messaging. It should be soon... Just give me a straight answer and reach out to me with it. Don't make me have to constantly remind you to rectify the error you made and I literally paid for. Attempting to make a long story at least mildly less, it took over three months to complete my order and I had to constantly go out of my way to contact them to receive any kind of correspondence and actually receive my items. With little apology offered other than actually sending me the items I paid for over the span of three months, I will never do business with them again if this is the experience you receive should something go wrong.
