Took car in for repairs and one of those repairs was to replace oil pan I supplied my own oil pan but when I looked at invoice I noticed that I had been charged for an oil pan I was able to confirm by crawling underneath car that oil pan used was not oil pan that I had supplied The oil pan that I had supplied had mysteriously gone missing with no explanation Had custom metal Volkswagen valve stem caps on the car which went missing They had been replaced with regular black plastic valve stem caps
