I am legally blind got my glasses adjusted a couple of days ago and paid the appropriate fee of $25 but the Glasses were too tight and dug into my nose. I came back to readjust so they can fit properly, they wanted to charge me again for a job that was poorly done the first time. We are a family of four that wear glasses and none of us will be using the services of any of your locations.

I love this place. Been going there for years and have always had top notch care. Recently my new glasses were "just not right". No problem. Back I went and they retested and ordered new lenses with no charge. Just a slight adjustment and I was good to go. Nice to know I am well taken care of. Front desk office staff are also fabulous. I love it when they call me for an appointment and ask me how I am and how the kids are. Family friendly for sure!
