I have been going to Drobot for four years and have found them the best garage I have ever used. Leonard and his staff know their stuff, get your car in and out and I feel don't try to up sell or give me bogus information.

took my matrix for A/C problem 'they added refrigerant 'still didn't work .said it would expensive repair'evaperator;compressor etc.But took to another shop who said they simply added too much refrigerant . bled off 1-lb and A/C works perfectly .over $100. spent for nothing but a bad tech.won't get my business again

Honest and Reliable

This is the best shop I have ever been too. I had been too quite a few garages but no one could tell me what was wrong with my car! They just said the noise it was making was normal because of all the salt on the roads, but Leonard, the manager there, was able to find the problem! He was great at making sure I understood what was going one and told me how it was. No gimmics and tells you straight forward - this is what you need, and this is how much it will be. This place is affordable and I highly recommend them. Their knowledge and work would be hard to find anywhere else. There is a real value to your dollars here!!

very poor service

very poor customer service with there appointments naver call when they cancel appointment. reason for canceling the appointment snow they have expensive tools they dont know to use for alignment as a customer call me if u cancel appointment . wast my gas and show up 7.30 then say NO cant do it coz of snow better go somewhere deliver better service!
