We have used Sam two times so far. We will definitely use him again. Sam and his crew know how to hustle and get the job done! We originally called Sam the first time to quote on a job. Unfortunately with the rock shelf on our land, what we wanted to do was not possible. Sam came up with alternative ideas on the spot for us and we went with one of his other options. As Sam was working on the job, he came up with suggestions that made the job even better for our needs!

This company has built a veranda and a 52 foot by 10 foot deck and did not call inspector to check. I had to call inspector and there are problems and Sam Cook has not contacted inspector to correct the problems with the construction. I paid for the work and it was not done properly and now cook is not fixing it. Also Sam Cook took two two by fours from a setof stairs on mud room and used them on the deck. Also the pillars on the deck are covering up the wood underneath and inspector

This is the second time we have used SJC Cook via John Cook and we couldn't be happier with their service. We would definitely use their services again. Hardworking people with reasonable rates. Lucky to have stumbled upon them.
