I’ve been a customer of Acura of Barrie for over 15 years. While I like the quality and reliability of the vehicles it’s the people in the Service Department that have kept me there for all these years. Alex the Service Mgr and Nathan the Service Advisor ate simply the best! I always get prompt, personalized service and advice I can trust and rely upon to be in my best interest. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

This review is for parts and service department. John and Rob was very professional and helped me with my needs as well as advice for parts and accessories. Nathan from service helped me to do a recall and was able to book me in for service next day which is usually not that case in Toronto area. Overall staff went above and beyond in terms if customer service and satisfaction. Thank you again and happy holidays!
