I bought an item online sight unseen because of the pandemic. There was no notice that it was opened and damaged. At pickup I attempted to exchange it for one of the 5 others, I was told no but can return after the pandemic, but my policy says any time before 90 days. I tried on the spot. In the parking lot I inspected it further without fully opening it, it was used, damaged, returned and sold to me. I tried calling, they do not accept calls. I have no options to resolve this.
