Best Western Belleville

I Just called to adjust a booking. I was put on hold, however, the staff member came back on the line 3 times to tell me she hadn't forgot about me. When she came back for the 3rd time she said she was sorry but they were very busy and took my number and said she would call me back. Her name was Tracey. Great customer service, looking forward to our stay.

I didn't like our room that much very small and I didn't like how it joined to another room, bad parking and even though it was pet friendly which I liked they had no place to take you dog for a walk, I thought there would be a little patch of grass or something
