Hitchon Pumps are always our go to for pressure system issues. They always respond in a timely and polite manner. Offer solutions and alternatives and always answer our questions without attitude. Our service call today by Matt and Adam was completed on short notice after a call to the answering service last night. Showed up at 10:00 and left at 10:45. Job done. Issue resolved.Thanks so much.

I have been without running water for 13 days now, they have come 3 times, but the worst part, is they have left us hanging. They knew we had no running water, said they would come by to complete the job, and days later still no visit, despite my calling daily, and each day they said they would come. They took my pump to repair, didn't bring it back, twice. So they have 2 of my pumps now. I have 3 kids with special needs, not able to shower, no clean laundry, boiling rainwater to do dishes.

Called them early and service tech was already on the road. He arrived at 4:30 (long day already) was cheerful and super competent. Went right to work, resolved problem and was on to next customer. I know one other person who had a very similar excellent experience with this company.

Water stop after power lost, I thought my pump gave up; these nice people were kind enough to explain to me on the phone the reset box for that pump. These people answered in a very professional, fast way. I would say they are very honest, they could have easily sent someone and charge me for a small thing has a reset. I will do business again with this company for sure for any future pump problem. R Lavoie
