Horrible. My son a regular customer waited for 4 Hours to be first in line for the new Pokeman special boxes Saturday Morning.The shipment didnt arrive till afternoon, therfore the long wait. Then when the doors open my son who has asian background and his friend were denied from purchasing the order. My son has literally spent $1000s of dollars at that store. The owner felt that they had acted irresposibly before.But then why did he allow my son wait 4 hours in line. Disgusting.
