I had PCS fix a V crack in my basement in September 2017. It cost me 725+tax which ensured a life-time warranty. In February 2018 after a leak I made some warranty calls and emails but the contractor mostly ignored my emails and calls and refused to set a date to come and complete the job. In their last email on April 30 after 6 weeks they basically told me to do whatever I want which meant they were not willing to honour the warranty. Poor workmanship and no integrity!

It's unfortunate in today's world that anyone can simply post a review about a business without actually stating facts or providing evidence to back up unsubstantiated claims. Mr. Azimian contacted me at the beginning of spring to tell me that he thought the crack I repaired may be leaking but he wasn't sure all he could see was dark marks near or around the repair. I told him at the time that we were extremely busy and that I would be going out of town but would contact him on my return.

On my return I noticed the customer had sent a few other emails which ended up in my junk folder. I emailed him to let him know what happened and that because it wasn't an emergency (meaning no proven leak) and that we were booked for the next several weeks and again we would be out of town for several days, that I would contact him around mid to late May to set a date to have a look. This was actually a courtesy considering he couldn't confirm a leak nor provide pics of anything wrong with

the repair. He responds by email saying he is fine with waiting until around mid May to late May but no later May 30th, to have me contact him to set a date. The email tone was very aggressive and I let him know that. Then suddenly I receive an email days later stating if he didn't have a date set by tomorrow he would be requesting a refund. At this point I wasn't sure what to make of this and before I had a chance to respond this review was posted. I have emails to prove all of the above.
