Reliant Climate (Brantford): We had an absolutely exceptional service experience with Reliant Climate. We had fireplaces and a furnace assessment required after purchasing a 20+-year old home. Craig and Jacob (Brantford office) arrived and exceeded all expectations beyond belief. They were courteous, professional and not only repaired everything, but also set us up with 'user training' to help us maintain safely. 5 Stars all the way!

Love Robert and his team. Just bought a gorgeous Napoleon BBQ to match the Napoleon fireplace I got from Reliant. Robert also handles my hot water, furnace and air conditioning, and my twice yearly service checks. Would not dream of dealing with anyone else. I recommend them unreservedly.

We recently purchased a gas fireplace from Reliant, and could not be happier. Jason was fantastic to work with, and the 2 fellows who came out to install it were great. Easy to work with, clean, communicated everything well. Great experience. Thank you!
