I think I know who you are and I am kind of sad to see this review. If you are not who I think,I am sorry that I bother you with this. But if you're please stop being such a child. When you come to me your nails were in very bad shape, 3 broke down, 2 lifting, couple other turned yeallowest or even brown. I fixed them all put shellac color on then French tip then design for you without charge full price. Our fill bio gel is 40$, shellac on top is 5$ more only, French is 5$ more, design 2 nails 5$, fix each nails support to be 4$ each. I had change only 50$ Cause you said you took a long drive coming to me. Every time you come and get service I took at least 2 hours of work and change maximum 55$ for same service as the first time. I were happy to clean underneath of your nails when you asked. The last time you came you gave me a picture and said you want something like that which is French white sparkle with crystal design. You also tell me to put extra design and whatever I want to put for you, you'll be fine with it. I spent almost 3 hours on your nails and make my next appointment wait also. I had change you 70$ it still not a full price yet. You came back gave bad comment you didn't even want to hear me break the price down for you so you could understand. Your friend did a dipping fill which is cost only 25$ that why you feel like you had paid more. When I bring your hand with to the client that I were working on she even can't believe I changed you only that much, she said her friend paid 120$ for some thing not even as good because other people would charge 1$ for each crystal they put on your nails. I have used over 60 of my crystal also sparkle and draw on your nails. I had forgotten to clean underneath of your nails but I could still do it if you are not being mean and un reasonable when you came back. I still kept your nails design picture I could prove to everyone that you had a good nails on every time. Also my iPad memorize the day your nails picture being took so you can see how long the nails has last on you. You still can go on Instagram to check for your nails design and compare. Everybody made mistake I don't mind if client want to give comment either it good or bad, I still take them in and learn lesson out of it. This is just my for my side of story I didn't expect everyone to stood up for me or get angry about it. |
