One Fertility

One fertility has always made us feel comfortable and confident in their decisions and expertise. I find them extremely friendly and have really picked me up when I was doubtful. We live 4 hours away and chose this clinic because of some of the great reviews and they were not wrong. I loved all the doctors and nurses but we were assigned to Dr. Taerk and we loved him, very professional and helped with all our concerns and questions along the way. Would highly recommend them.

I cannot say enough good things about this clinic. I have been connected to One Fertility for a few years and have interacted with countless doctors, nurses and staff during my many appointments. I found each staff member to be friendly, kind, sensitive and knowledgable. The doctors gave me excellent advice with what treatments to pursue and always made me feel hopeful and optimistic, while still being realistic and rational. Thanks to this clinic we have one child and are expecting another!!

my only concern was the new resident nurse who asked me to get additional medicine and telling me that we might need to increase the dose. next day, they told me to stick with the current dose leaving me with extra box of medicine that will be unused for the cycle and cannot be returned. good job new resident nurse for making us pay for extra bucks!!

ONE is professional and empathetic throughout the process of tests and treatments. Rarely have to wait long for bloodwork and meeting nurses. Very busy place and we are very grateful for everything they do!!

Extremely satisfied with our experience at One. My husband and I were provided with options and were able to start our treatments as soon as we were ready. We now have a beautiful 3 month old baby girl and are so grateful. The nurses and doctors are professional and empathetic. We did not feel like another numbered patient during our experience; the nurses/doctors shared in our excitement and were patient with us while answering any and all of my questions. Highly recommend one fertility !

One fertility gave me my beautiful daughter, and did so in a very professional and compassionate way. I am so thankful for all of the staff, nurses and doctors that helped my husband and I on our journey to parenthood. I've read the other reviews and I'd say unfortunately these are probably from individuals who have not yet had success. Much better than clinics friends of mine have gone to that don't take appointments and instead make them get in a line each day. SO accommodating and wonderful!

Highly Dissatisfied but still trapped

To date I am highly dissatisfied and disappointed with this clinic and staff. They changed my dr without letting me know. called for blood work and started pushing me to buy $2000 injection immediately without even taking me in confidence. I have to pay $30-40 for getting my own test reports. Pharmacy located in their clinic, charges you much higher price than any other pharmacy in Canada (and they dont price match as well). Dr Taerk told everything wrong about my case without first knowing it.

As a patient, we are really unhappy with the lack of early morning appointments. It appears that the volume of patients has increase dramatically in the last few months. Therefore we believe the clinic should change its operating hours to 6:30am not 7am. Even booking almost a week in advance, the earliest appointment is generally 8am to 9am. In addition to this increased volume and double booking of patients, we are now minimally waiting 30 to 45 minutes for our monitoring to be completed.

As a patient, I have noticed the unique differences about ONE and the ONE Team, that make the fertility centre a business of choice: the ONE staff is positive, while remaining authentic; their processes are efficient (they keep a very well-planned schedule); and resources/information are available to patients if additional clarification is needed following appointments, etc. Perhaps most importantly though, each team member that I have met genuinely cares about the well-being of their patients.
