I agree with the other poster .....buyer beware!!! This company has the worst after sales support ive ever encountered. Charged me $700 to "rebuild" both pumps in my hotub which failed after one season. It took a year to get someone to call me back and when they did they said too much time had passed!! When i explained both my wife and i had been calling without response they claimed to not get any of the messages and wouldnt do a thing about it Dont be fooled by the website testimonials

Very Poor Customer Service

Be careful when deciding to go with this company. Their customer service is horrible. We live out of town and had them open our pool. After the pool was open we called them the next day May 2011 to advise of a leak from their staff. We were advised by the owner he would come by after May 24th weekend. We waited and waited an no show or call. We called in August and spoke to the owner again and he stated he would be out Monday August 8th. Took day off and still no show or call. Finally in September left message with him to advise we were still waiting..meantime water was starting to leak behind the liner due to their negligence. We talked to the owner in Oct 2011 and asked why he never showed or called this is his exact quote 'it is not worth my while'. So our money was good enough to open the pool, but things that were broken from his staff doing now 'it is not worth his while to drive out of town to fix'. We asked what he would do about the leak behind the liner...nothing was his response. So now we have to get another company to come and fix it. We should of never veered off who normally opens and closes our pool....very very unhappy with Hoppe Pool service...please think twice before signing on the dotted line.
