RUN RUN RUN Owner is out to make a buck off you and doesn't care at all. Come for one thing and then preached I have to do all the things. Not only that, his prices are NOT fair...he clearly favours his repeat customers.

Best place in the region. Works on all makes and models. Staff are involved in talking to customers and the owner always tries to ensure the right things are done. First time Ive ever felt like I didnt get the shaft at a garage. I have sent my family and friends who all say the same thing. They even offered me food one day while I was waiting!

My husband has automotive knowledge thankfully &knew what needed to be repaired.Rapid auto tried to tell us it was a bigger problem that would cost us 3 times more(at least $1800).So we picked up our vehicle & was changed $35 for the lie then went elsewhere & they repaired the vehicle & it was what my husband thought.The vehicle has been working great for 2 months now.Rapid Auto is not a company you can trust.Nothings worse then the feeling of being lied to & taken advantage of in our opinion!
