Extremely clean and professional. Friendly staff and they know the latest styles so just show up and tell them to take care of you. My nails look amazing and my free hand design is beautiful. Going back there from Hamilton to fill. Spent close to 5 hours there and the entire time I was being pampered. They are much more than a nail salon. Got a full set of almond shaped bio gel nails. Orange oil pedi and clearing facial. Janie worked on me and I highly recommend her!!! Close to comfort inn.

The ladies are wonderful here, they did a fantastic job on all of our nails and took great care of us while we were there. Joyce was fantastic with our nails and pedicure was fantastic. I now feel like I will be beautiful for my wedding day. hank you !! Charlene

I was so looking forward to trying this salon, but wish I didn't. When I walked in I was looked at up and down then a man walked over to me. I asked if they were free for a manicure. he asked me if it was shellac, when I said no he asked if it was to much for me. I reply no and said I just want a manicure. A lady wearing 3 down jackets,an apron finally sat down and was not happy to be there. She was very rude and aggressive. She only did a polish change which I'm happy about,never go there! F-

I went to This store to do pedicure when i travel to blue mountain . The staff is nice , the store is very clean and beautiful . Also, the service is excellent . I will recommend this store for my friend and will come back

WORST experience ever! She did a terrible job on my nails, was very rushed not sanitary. Very unhappy would never go back!

It is first time I come to Nail Club to pamper myself with Sweet Orange Deluxe Pedicure. It is so amazing. The staff uses a liner for each customer that I never see in a different spa. I feel very safe and sanitized. The staff is so nice. Deluxe Pedicure included Orange Sugar Scub , Orange Mask, Hot Stone Massage and extra Foot Massage. I am for sure Coming Back and will recomend all my friends . Thank so much for taking care me???

Overpriced. Had an appointment but still had to wait 40 minutes. Mediocre pedicure received. Manager not apologetic in the least about the long wait.

Very unprofessional salon. Loud yelling from front to back rooms. As a customer I was virtually ignored. No conversation while having my pedicure. Lots of talk among the staff. Ignored again when under the dryer. No thank you for the tip. $5, very stupid of me. Nails do not look professionally done. I do to spas for a pampering experience. I can do my own nails as most women can. There was definitely no pampering here. Even at 20% OFF, IT WAS NOT A GOOD DEAL. I will go somewhere else
