Very painful and ...

Very painful and rushed procedure. I have done laser hair removal with the same laser (soprano xl) and it has never been so painful! Very unprofessional and rude esthetitian. Even their vebsite says pain-free, but if you from groupon you get a special painful treatment. I had to wait for long time undressed in the treatment room. The place doesn't look clean. I only hope the laser was disinfected.

I have been going to Yanox for years and am very happy with my my results. The Soprano XL Laser is one of the best and this is key - you need the proper laser to get the right results. Oksana is great and always takes her time to do a thorough and good job. There is some pain associated with laser, if you think there will be no pain, then you are mistaken and laser is not for you. Also the higher the frequency (pain involved), the better the results:)

I am so happy I found Yanox. The staff is very friendly and courteous and the atmosphere is calming and soothing. I am ecstatic about the results I got from the laser skin tightening treatments. My skin is tighter and firmer and I also noticed a tremendous improvement in the appearance of my stretch marks around the hip area. With each treatment, my stretch marks were starting to disappear and the overall appearance of my skin made me feel like a million bucks! Thanks Yanox! Fazanna

I went to yanox for laser hair removal and I am very happy with the results so far. The staff is friendly and very professional. The clinic is clean and inviting. The laser room is private and relaxing. I never had to wait when I arrived for my appointment, there was always someone waiting for me. The staff made me feel comfortable since this was my first time getting laser hair removal. Overall all I am pleased with my first time being at Yanox, would definitely go back for other treatments.
