My wife died in 2013, and so by 2019 my home and basement apartment really needed a clean. Marie Coutu Custom cleaning came highly recommended. The two staff assigned to the job worked hard for eight hours each and did a great job. I liked the idea of dealing with Marie Coutu directly and leaving the details to her. I strongly recommend this cleaning company and will use it again. Regarding the negative review, Marie said that it was not a client but an angry ex-employee who she let go in 2012.

The Ladies are always on time and friendly. Job is always done as asked and in time frame alotted. Always open to suggestions on little things I would like changed up without getting offended. On one occasion something minor was missed and the lady came right back to complete and was very apologetic. Owner jumps in to help ladies when necessary.
