I have taken my vehicles here at least three times . Customer service very good as well as the work done on my car , just like no one hit you at all and shines like a brand new car when they were done . I was pleased I got to talk to the person who was working on my car , I would recommend to anyone to take their car here might be a little more costly but it’s worth it and the work they do is excellent , my choice will always be here at fix it.

On Monday March 27th i took my truck to Fix auto as agreed upon with my insurer. I was told there was nothing wrong with my truck the first day they had it. I asked to make sure that the trailer hitch was still in good condition to tow my RV and they could guarantee that.(as i was rear ended on my trailer hitch receiver) At which time they changed their minds and set to replace the entire trailer hitch. To much to say with only 500 characters available. TERRIBLE will never go back

After shortly buying a new Ford escape 2016 my wife and I got into a front end accident. With the damage severe they took their time and repair the area with all brand new Ford or parts to keep my warranty. As well respray all the areas in rust protections I had. The same time they took time in answering my questions on my car status and showing me progress reports. It may have taken a bit longer to get my car back but it was well worth the wait. Me and my friends had couldn't even tell my car was in an accident. All they had to correct after picking up my car was just slightly adjusting my door. I will be definitely coming back again for any future body work.

Worst workmanship...

Worst workmanship ever. I had my car repaired here and after going back 4 times, my rear bumper is still not put on properly.
