food is gross now. they must have changed owners. the food used to be great but now it sucks.

An hour and a half for delivery both times in the last 2 weeks. Are you kidding me. Ridiculous

Love their food! their chicken wings are fresh, not frozen, and love sauce is to die for. Everything is made fresh right in front of you. I also highly recommend their pizza with chicken and sundried tomatoes. Big plus is that they are open til very late at night. 5*

Best pizza shop, ever!

Bruno's pizza is the pizza shop in my neighbourhood. I usually go in to pick up, they are always completely nice and always try to help you save money! Whenever they mess up on pizza (which is rare) they always make it up to you. The owner and his family are great people! We left a $7.00 tip the one day and the guy was so greatful it looked as if he was going to cry! They also have the BEST pizza dip in the whole city and its homemade! Always have and will continue to recommend Bruno's pizza!

One of the best places to grab a cheap pizza that I've found. Always had accurate orders and staff have been friendly. Was concerned about them wearing flip flops in the kitchen though

After being a pretty regular customer for almost a year, here is why there will be no more Bruno's for me... 1 - About 40% of the time our order was incorrect ie. - wrong pizza toppings, missing dipping sauce or wrong wing sauce 2 - When dealing with the manager re: the above, the response was usually that we should just accept the order as-is and they'll make sure to get it right 'next time'. WTF??? 3 - The employee hiring process, I suspect, is largely based on nepotism because the store managers don't seem to be too concerned with customer service, and come off to be a bit arrogant too. 4 - When you order chicken as a topping, it stains the cheese yellow. Do they dye their chicken???
