    Excellent Customer Service!

    We went to see Suzanne, at The Personal Mortgage Group, for some advice regarding refinancing. Suzanne was very informative, and her staff were also very pleasant and helpful. Because of the great customer service we chose to use this company. Although we have not been using their services for very long, we are impressed so far. We really like receiving the informative emails that they send, when there is going to be a rate hike. It's great getting advice from a company, rather than 'signing up' with a company, only to be ignored after you have signed the paperwork. This is not the case with The Personal Mortgage Group, they keep in touch with advice and information. The location is easy to get to, and there is parking, and, the office is comfortable and relaxing - not at all unfriendly like some offices. From our own experiences so far, we would highly recommend using this company!

    Outstanding help and service!

    Some 15 years ago Suzanne Boyce of Personal Mortgage helped broker a mortgage for me despite a relatively difficult context. I was immensely grateful for her help and professionalism then...and since. Just recently, Suzanne and her team again worked very effectively to help me refinance a mortgage and consolidate debt and in the process save me an enormous amount of money on the interest I had been paying, all at way less than half of all my previous monthly payments...just as advertised! My communication and experience with and outcomes from working with the group have been totally satisfying. A+++

    Not very helpful!

    Not only was it nearly impossible to talk to anyone about a mortgage at personal mortgage group, but when i did eventually speak to someone they didn't answer any of my questions direct. The mortgage I was trying to obtain required some work to complete the deal, and to be honest it didn't seem like the personal mortgage group wanted to do the work to help me complete the deal. Not a great experience when looking to purchase a home!
