Excellent service overall, physiotherapist was so nice and efficient , he was fixed my neck which was having since long time , front desk and physiotherapy assistants so friendly
I found the service to be professional and friendly. The counter staff explained to me the process and stayed in touch with my insurance company to ensure everything was completed. Overall, a good experience.
Very happy with the service, no issues with billing; very happy with the physiotherapist. You could tell that they care about the patient not money. Highly recommend this place.
The service was fine,the treatment was very risky. I had my head pulled from my neck in a rough way and experienced the worst headache of my life. I had mild whiplash initially. I actually thought I might die that night of a brain bleed or aneurism. My temple was pressed so hard & I had a painful bump for a long time . The receptionist kept trying to get info from my dental plan and harassing me about it. I told her many times & got upset. A bill was sent to me-instead of the car insurance co.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid $85.00 for my initial consultation before my surgery. After my surgery I booked my first appointment for Saturday at 11am. They are open saturdays 9 to 2. When I showed up they were closed. I did not receive a cancellation phone call and I was unable to find any other physiotherapy clinics in my area open on Saturdays. I guess patient health is not their priority.
The physiotherapist was efficient, assistants engaging however the receptionist was either on the phone or missing from the front desk. After my fourth session I waited at reception but no one helped me so I left unaware if I should have more treatments or not. I heard nothing from the clinic until I received their invoice marked 'Past Due'! I won't go back, I wonder how many other patients were also discouraged by the lack of professionalism at the front desk.
