Billed my mother for the services of transferring her medical records to a new physician, then insisted she had to go into the office in person to pay the bill. The invoice they sent, said otherwise. They even took the time to highlight the methods of payments.

Dr. J Yellin and his staff are very caring and have been amazing through out the Covid 19 pandemic. Kathleen went above and beyond to help me set up the Medeo website. She had the patience of Job, and stayed with me until it was done. So...a very special thank you to this lady, Kathleen. To all the staff, stay safe and stay well.

the receptionist is the rudest person to talk to, you can usually tell what sort of people they are, by the people they hire. they have a 72 hour turn around time to renew a prescription. That's not the last minute notice is it.

I'm sick and tire...

I'm sick and tired of calling this doctor's office I've been calling for like 2 weeks now i called about picking up my volunteer forms and noone called back i keep getting "I'll have the nurse call you right back" or "the nurse is away until tomorrow" or "the nurse is busy right now I'll have her/him call you right back" i never got a call back i need my forms for the hospital so i can volunteer if i don't have them i can't volunteer! The service while you are there in the office is good but on the phone other than booking an appointment the service is horibble! You people need to get your act together or you're going to be loosing alot of costumers especially me because if i don't get a call back by tomorrow I'm switching doctors and i won't be coming back to you ever!!!! I'm tired and sick of your bad service it's ridiculous i shouldn't have to be calling there twice a day just to get hold of a nurse! That i never get a hold of I'm very angry and i don't appriciate the service I'm getting u no who i am cause I've been calling constantly so hopefully you call back when you see this bad review most people don't put a review online but i don't care! You deserve to be exposed!
