Kar-Lot Snow Removal

I just renewed my contracts with Steve for this year. Never had any issues the last 3 Years for all 3 of my Tim Horton plaza’s. Steve is a great guy and has always been there when I needed him the most!

I had an agreement with Steve to do various rental properties. He did the clearing three times and did a good job. Today he tells me there is TOO MUCH SNOW and he is not going to do it because it will take TOO LONG. If you can't count on him then what is the point of having an agreement. I absolutely would NOT RECOMMEND. His business ethics are non-existant.
