Party Max 500

Horrible customer service. The owner is extremely obnoxious and rude. I bought over $200 of stuff in their store-asked them to blow up 2 helium balloons purchased at another party store-$20 for that-the 2nd one burst. They said I could buy a replacement from them for $15. So-a $15 balloon now became $45. Owner said-we told you we couldn’t guarantee the quality of other balloons. Pretty convenient-now I’ve paid for them to fill a balloon they burst and have to buy another one from them. 0 stars!

Party Max is my #1 place to purchase my event/party items all year round. I will avoid Party City & the young staff who do not know their products well or care about their jobs. At both Hamilton locations you will deal with a select few staff including the owner who provide excellent customer service tailored to your needs. This store can provide virtually any item Party City can with better customer service, comparable prices & its a local business.

The employees were great... but store owner is terrible! I wouldnt recommend this place!

The service was great! I really enjoyed my experience the lady working was user friendly and the owner was very helpful he was also trying to help another customer who was going off the wall swearing and freaking out uncontrollably and handled it very well for the scene she was making
