They have been there a very long time. If their employees don't have the answer to fix whats wrong, Try another planet. I have never had a repair or been refused advice.

Initial customer service was great. Gary helped me out in selecting new fixtures for my new ensuite. However, the thermostatic cartridge of my Riobel tub filler did not work once installed. The Plumbing Centre washed their hands of the problem...my plumber had to call manufacturer and sort everything out. It’s quite obvious that Plumbing Centre’s only priority is making a sale.

We had checked Lowes for shower information and were quite disappointed when the sales person told us to buy on-line and so decided to check the Plumbing Centre. Joe was ever so helpful and full of information on the product that we were shopping for.

This place has the best bang for the buck by far. Roy really knows what he is talking about and does not try to sell you more then you need. Very helpful and friendly service who will go the extra mile to get you exactly what you want. Highly recommended
