Bad Customer Service
I booked an appointment with Shear Illusions in Hamilton, Ontario back in October 2011 for December 2011. Unfortunately a week before my appointment a family member fell ill so I called to cancel my appointment. I called everyday at least 5 times for a week and left voicemails. None of my calls were answered or returned until I called the day after my appointment. The lady I spoke to could not reschedule me for another month and was very unhelpful. So once again I call to book another appointment and they finally answer their phone after 3 days and say my gift card has expired and there is nothing they can do to help me. My gift card was not supposed to expire until April 2012.
