Bad experience Bob recommended a new vet so that he could have his dinner...my cat died...brought a tiny cat cage for the poor cat ...these people should not be in business

We called The Pet Bus People to come and pick up a client that we had problems getting a cab for. They arrived when they said they would, helped the owners and the pet into the van and even called us to advise that they had safely dropped off our client. Would recommend them to everyone!

One hundred percent hands down BEST service I've ever received. I had an emergency with my dog, I called them and they not only worked with the budget I had but they picked me up, waited for me, and drove me back home. They are amazing people with big hearts for animals, they not only assist you as being a taxi, if you need help bringing your dog in or catching you cat at your house, they help with that. They went out of there way for me and I appreciate there services so much!
