    Closes before their posted hours, never answers the phone, voicemail box always full - presumably from disgruntled customers, drivers don't make any attempts to deliver packages, they just sit in their trucks and mark as "failed delivery, customer unavailable" so they don't have to do any work. one of the worst locations i've had to deal with within the city of hamilton.

    manager there, has no sense to talk with me.I did not like his service at all..he over charged me and when I told him about the wrong charge, he said you could find any another store if you like.

    Horrible Manager

    I went to pick up a package. Customer service rep looked around and said it wasn't there. I saw it crushed behind the counter and asked to speak to a manager. Manager came out from the back and said, I'm not UPS, if you have a complaint, tell them. He handed me the package and told me to leave his store and never come back.

    I was told by a customer service representative that I receive my package on Monday, it's Friday night which means that it will be at least Monday before I get the package. On the website, the tracker said that it has been on the truck every day this week. I am not happy.

    Ups phone personn...

    Ups phone personnel told me to pick up my package (sim card) at this store. The owner said it was already signed for and not there. Upon trying to call ups back to confirm, he came meters away screaming and cursing for me to get out of his store. Felt completely harassed while pregnant and had my toddler there!

    UPS stores are independently owned stores. There is no control of ups delivery system.after receiving any package, if not received within 7 days goes back to ups.After returning we have no control on track it. this customer gave us threat to call police as she suspected we have stolen her package. She never called police. In this case she should call directly to ups not to come and resist at any ups store location.
