Great little gym. Not the newest equipment, but everything you could need! Classes are free and small, led by great trainors. This is a great, very accommodating, low pressure, friendly gym!
My infantry unit was tasked to do a Remembrance Day ceremony and upon completion of the days events, soldiers where invited to drink at the legion, as a healthy alternative to drinking I choose to work out when I went to go for my work out I was refused entry based on the gym policy that they do not offer day passes. This upset me very much because one this is a horrible business policy that the gym loses valuable business on drop ins and future clients. And second that as a veteran on Remembrance Day I was not allowed to choose the healthy alternative and work out while other choose to drink.
