Canadian Tire Auto Service

i am a business owner barley getting bye. i took my work van into canadian tire had to be towed in.i told them it needs a alternator.they charge me 1and 1/2 hours labour for a 1 hour job.then at the end she tells me the price they add another 109.00 for diagnostic. i was never told about this and would never agree to pay for someone to plug something in and read it. takes a second to do. at a time when people are barely getting bye.this is gouging people at a bad time.poor customer service.

Not happy at all. Purchased 4 truck rims and 2 tires. Had them installed and no mention of getting tire pressure sensors.???? what sort of mickey mouse operation is this. Do they not deal in tires every day, do they not know that TPS are required. Not a mention of them ? I had to see the warning on my dash b4 I realized what was happening.... Now $$$$$$ extra cause of the lack of knowledge. Never again..

Brian in the automotive department was just the nicest and most helpful. He went over and above to help care for my sar! Highly recommend this location!!
