The lady on the phone was very professional and courteous and they were very easy to get a hold of (we had called another place first that never answered their phone or returned our message). Andy was very nice and did an excellent job on our area rugs which we thought were unsaveable after being stained and damaged in storage. Highly recommended!

Andy is a very nice man, who took great care in our home. We really didnt think the areas we wanted cleaned would get much better after being cleaned. Andy did such a great job that we cant believe it is the same carpeting. I would recommend Steam Plus to all.
