We emailed and left messages with a number of hot tub companies... Premium Wholesale was far above with excellent service. We spoke to a gentleman Orville who was so pleasant and looked into info for us and was the best.... We called the office and Cheryl who answers the phone (YES answers the phone) was just as pleasant and helpful.. WE would strongly recommend this company any time... I called Premium for a repair on my Spa. I was expecting to schedule service at minimum the following week. To my surprise Orville said he would be there that afternoon. He was courteous, friendly and completed the repair in no time. He also shared great tips to keep my spa running in tip top shape. I would highly recommend Premium Wholesale!
