I felt at first that Corey was going to manage the complex better then carmine had, I was wrong. 2 emails have gone unanswered, he acknowledged one and advised he would respond to the second within 20 minutes as he was just in his way back to the office, it’s been 2 days and I’ve yet to hear anything from him. Also the notifications for work being done around the complex have all but ceased. My bay window was being removed as the window/door company owner knocked on my door...etc ran out of room

They currently manage my condo building and are quite possibly the worst communicators I have ever had to deal with all whilst expecting the other party (owners) to hold up their end of the deal (notifying them of work being done). They also managed to have all of our personal unit keys stolen from the superintendents office. They were not kept in a lock box/safe, just in the office. There are also no cameras in this area so some stranger has keys to my home. They changed the locks so 1 star

Extremely poor customer service. It is a;most impossible to get a reply to emails or phone messages.

Just met these people and they were overbearing and very opinionated, hope they realize that they are working for us and not visa versa, we fired the last manager, not impressed with the reviews.......

G3 is an excellent company with high standards. From my Landlord point of view, G3 seeks to develop long-term relationships with good tenants. Those who respect the property and neighbours are treated very fairly. Too bad a couple of disgruntled tenants write off-reviews. 2 sides to every story.

AAA Tenant working professional rented for 3 years. Rented with them for 3 year. Rent was always on time. I had to move to another unit, when my rental was being sold. They refused to give me my keys, demand certified check and hold my keys/place hostage, with my moving stuff outside. Lack competence and professionalism. Not worth the hassle of dealing with them. Typical neglectful management company.

It's the WORST co...

It's the WORST company. They are unfriendly and they won't keep the promise. I would rather sleep on the streets than having them as my landlord I hope this place goes down
