this auction house if you want to call it that has been famous for ripping people off, they have now changed their name and tell people its not McKenzie but it is. Same management and some of the staff the are now known as Encore Auctions . NO covid protocol in forced people wandering inside staff touching people and actually touched my phone no glove no nothing and had no cleaner .They also have hidden charges now on the invoice they have the nerve to charge handling fees .
