Employees are great but management could learn a few things. Terrible customer service. Locked me out 10 minutes before close and wouldnt even talk to me. Sign was still on.

The three men ins...

The three men inside, including the assistant manager were extremely rude to my girlfriend and I when we went to pick up our uhaul and get our storage locker. it wasn't until we dropped off our uhaul an hour later that we actually got good service from the lady outside named Michelle. At this time she was lined up with trucks being dropped back off doing it all by herself while the men all stayed inside. She wasn't stressed at all even though the trucks were almost to the road. She was very friendly and happy to work with us. Very happy with HER customer service. As for the rest of the men working (assistant manager included) we were not happy at all!!
