Was very pleased with the clean environment and fast service. These guys know their tires!

I have been doing business for many years with this company. Yesterday I had a flat tire on the highway and the tire needed to be replaced . Peter went to great lengths to locate a matching tire for me. I want to personally thank him for the trouble he went to .

They put the wrong tires on our car and refused to change them to the right ones as it was busy. We had already paid for the right tires, which were more expensive and they wouldn’t refund us. So we came back a few months later to have the right ones put one. They were disgustingly rude to us. They yelled and put up a fit about THEIR mistake. I have never experienced worse customer service.

Horrific customer service, owner "Phil" accused me of lying because I didn't want to pay for tire storage after his son offered it to me for free, my best friend is a witness to this fact! Then he tried to publicly shame in front of his customers/staff by yelling and talking down to me. He is more concerned about money and being right rather than doing what is right, he just lost loads of business from me and my family/friends over a petty $150 considering how much I spent there, BUYER BEWARE!!!

service was good ...

service was good but unfortunately they installed my directional tires backwards.When i came back and asked them to fix it they took my car and did not do anything to the tires and gave it back to me saying it was done...make sure the person who changes your tire is literate as they are unable to help you after you leave...went to a much more reliable place after this fiasco...will never recommend AIM to anyone due to their incompetence...hence the 1 star

Customer Service NON Existent

Do not be fooled by their good prices. Customer service is VERY poor. Steve who calls himself the Manager gave me major attitude and was very condescending. Simply put, SHOP elsewhere. Do not give them your business!
